EXEBill - Terms of Use and Software Licence Version: 2026-10-08.1 Service: EXEBill Contact: supportexebill@gmail.com Phone: 9266929789 Address: Gali no 6, saraswati bhandar, delhi 110031 EXEBill is a software brand operated by Jitendra Kumar. These Terms do not describe EXEBill as an incorporated company. Before you start EXEBill helps you create everyday business receipts. It is not designed for GST or other tax filing, full accounting, or permanent record storage. Keep separate backups of information you need. Automatic deletion can permanently remove older receipts when enabled. Store Sharing uploads receipt information when you enable it. Paid licence purchases include a 30-calendar-day money-back guarantee. Your legal rights remain protected where applicable. 1. Accepting these Terms Read these Terms before installing, activating or purchasing EXEBill. Accept them only if you agree and are authorised to use the software for yourself or your business. If you do not agree, do not continue installation or activation. If you have already paid, contact us about your refund rights. Keep a copy of the Terms and purchase details provided to you. 2. What EXEBill is designed to do EXEBill supports everyday receipt entry, printing, receipt history and the other features included in your plan. It is not a substitute for a complete accounting system, statutory record archive, GST-compliant tax invoicing system or tax-return service. A receipt created by EXEBill should not automatically be treated as a legally compliant tax invoice. You remain responsible for checking which documents and records your business must create and retain in your country. 3. Development status and suitability EXEBill is under active development. Features, appearance and supported hardware may change through updates. Errors and interruptions may occur. Before relying on EXEBill for daily work, try its receipt entry, printing, backup and recovery features with your own equipment. Keep an alternative way to record transactions during an interruption. A beta or development notice does not remove our responsibilities under applicable law. 4. Licence, email verification and trial EXEBill is licensed, not sold. Your plan specifies the licence duration, permitted computers and included features. Email verification confirms access to your registered email account. Keep access to that account and do not share verification codes. An eligible new account may receive a seven-day trial after successful verification and activation. The activation process displays the applicable entitlement and expiry. A trial does not automatically create a paid subscription. Do not bypass licence controls, obtain repeated trials through false accounts, or transfer or resell access outside the permitted licence conditions. 5. Payments and 30-day money-back guarantee You may request a full refund of the amount paid to EXEBill for a paid licence purchase or renewal within 30 calendar days of the payment date. You do not need to prove a software fault to use this guarantee. Email supportexebill@gmail.com from your registered email address. Include your payment date and transaction or order reference. Do not send passwords, OTPs or complete card details. We may request reasonable information to identify the payment and prevent fraudulent refund requests. A request received within the refund window remains eligible even if processing finishes later. Refunds will normally use the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will agree on a suitable alternative with you. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. Once refunded, the licence entitlement covered by that payment will end. Export and back up any records you need before ending use. After 30 days, this voluntary guarantee ends. Any refund or other remedy required by applicable law remains available. 6. Your entries and printed receipts Check customer details, quantities, rates, totals and payment status before relying on a receipt. You are responsible for the information entered by you and the users you authorise. Protect administrator access and assign suitable permissions. A message saying a print job was submitted does not confirm that paper was printed. Check the physical receipt where necessary. 7. Receipt storage and automatic deletion Normal receipt records are stored on your computer. The Automatically delete old receipts setting controls age-based cleanup. OFF: EXEBill does not automatically delete receipts because of their age. Manual deletion remains possible. ON: EXEBill keeps today's receipts and the number of previous days you select. Older receipts are eligible for permanent deletion when the cleanup process runs. Check the setting and its explanation before enabling it or reducing the number of days. Turning automatic deletion off does not restore records already deleted. It also does not protect against device failure, manual deletion, malware or other causes of data loss. Older installed versions may follow different retention behaviour. Check your installed version's settings before relying on receipt history. 8. Backups and recovery Keep regular backups in a separate, secure location. Test recovery and protect your backup password. Local receipt history, Store Sharing and scheduled summaries are not a complete backup service or permanent archive. EXEBill cannot promise recovery of records that have been permanently deleted, overwritten, damaged or made inaccessible by lost passwords or device changes. Before reinstalling Windows, changing computers, moving data folders or making major updates, create and verify a backup. 9. Information used by EXEBill EXEBill does not process only licence information. To provide its services, EXEBill processes relevant account, email verification, device identification, licence, purchase, Terms acceptance and security information. The website also records visitor information such as IP address, browser/device information and website activity. Where enabled, approximate location is obtained from the IP address. Local billing does not itself mean that all receipt records are uploaded. Optional Store Sharing uploads the receipt information required for that feature when you enable it. The Privacy information page explains these activities separately. Accepting these Terms does not authorise unrelated marketing. 10. Optional Store Sharing Enable sharing only if you have permission to upload and share the relevant business and customer information. Sharing may upload retained receipt details, customer names and totals. Check invited email addresses and any export or printing permissions carefully. Shared-store access is view-only within the feature. A permitted recipient may still keep information they have viewed, exported or printed. You can revoke access or stop sharing using the available controls. Revocation cannot recall copies already obtained by another person. Shared reports and scheduled summaries reflect the available uploaded information. Check the last-sync time and any warning about missing or older data before relying on totals. 11. Internet, devices and availability Activation, email verification, sharing and other online features require a working connection and available services. Windows, printers, drivers, internet connections, email providers, power supplies and other third-party systems may affect operation. EXEBill does not guarantee compatibility with every device, uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Report problems to support with relevant details. Send only the diagnostic information needed and avoid unnecessary customer information. 12. Responsibility and limits You are responsible for reasonable care of your computer, account access, entries, sharing choices and backups. Where permitted by law, EXEBill and its operator are not responsible for loss to the extent caused by incorrect entries, deletion you choose, lost passwords, unauthorised changes, or equipment and services outside their reasonable control. Where permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits and business interruption, is excluded. These limits do not remove responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. They do not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct or applicable statutory remedies. A backup recommendation does not automatically excuse a software defect or any liability imposed by law. 13. Expiry, restrictions and ending use Licence expiry, a completed refund, misuse or a lawful requirement may restrict access to EXEBill or its online features. Do not assume that an expired or restricted licence will continue to provide access to all stored records. Keep independent exports and backups. These Terms do not give EXEBill permission to arbitrarily delete your local business records. 14. Updates and changes to Terms Updates may fix problems or change features. Read release notes and back up important records before upgrading. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated, and acceptance will be requested where required. Publishing new wording does not by itself mean you have expressly accepted it. Changes will not retrospectively remove an already applicable refund entitlement or mandatory legal right. 15. Ownership and permitted use Your business records remain yours. EXEBill receives only the rights needed to process information for the services you use and the purposes explained in its Privacy information. The software, design and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Do not use EXEBill to access another person's data without permission, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software or carry out unlawful activity. 16. Support and disputes For support, refunds, privacy requests or complaints, contact EXEBill at supportexebill@gmail.com. Describe the issue and include relevant account or purchase references. Never include your OTP or password. Indian law applies where legally applicable. Mandatory protections available in your country and access to competent courts or consumer authorities are preserved. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply. Contacting support does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights.
